Want to know what the National Buffalo Wing Festival looks like? Held at Coca-Cola Park in Buffalo, NY over the two-day leadup to Labor Day, this event hosted over 30 different vendors of chicken wings and wing-related foods. We've posted a large Flickr gallery of photographs to give you a sense of the event in the lead-up to our extended report. The National Buffalo Wing Festival runs this year from September 5, 2009 to September 6, 2009, starting at 12:00 noon each day. Admission is $5 per person at the door; expect to pay between $5-$10 for event parking and $1 per ticket for food. Three wings are sold for $2, and other items range in number of tickets; drinks are generally (but not always) sold for cash.
